First, thank you for visiting the Dorsey Roseville blog! If you’re one of our students, we are so glad that each and every one of you are here. It is our privilege to assist you on your journey to a new career and provide you with educational excellence.
Our faculty team is committed to helping everyone achieve their educational goals and also to providing the training needed to be successful in a chosen career field.
Now, allow me to introduce our newest faculty members who joined the team starting in the Spring A module:
Tanya Thornton – Ms. Thornton is a Registered Nurse teaching in the Nursing Assistant Specialist program. As a former educator at the Red Cross and with extensive experience in nursing home care, she is well-equipped to provide our students with a great classroom and externship experience.
Christy Chapman – Ms. Chapman is teaching in our Dental Assistant program. She is a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant and has worked as both a dental assistant and a dental assistant instructor. She will be working with Ms. Donna Richard to make our Dental Assistant program another outstanding program here at Dorsey.
Marsalis Wade – Mr. Wade has spent the last several years working as a pharmacy technician at Children’s Hospital in Detroit. Now, he has joined the faculty of Dorsey’s Roseville campus, teaching in our Pharmacy Technician program. Mr. Wade is working with our pharmacy technicians, educating them about the vast career opportunities available to them.
I am excited that our students will get to learn from these great additions to our team. These are just a few of the AMAZING Roseville faculty. I want to thank all of our faculty team for not just teaching, but making a difference in the lives of the students of Dorsey. Thank you!
