Technology Tools To Help You Learn And Make Your Medical Classes FUN!

Have you ever wanted to explore the human body virtually and visualize what you have / will learn in your Anatomy and Physiology class?

Check out Google’s new “Google Body”. It’s still in Google’s labs under development and you do need to have your computer configured properly to run it. http://bodybrowser.googlelabs.com/

Click, troubleshoot from the main page, for help configuring your computer to run this incredible 3D body exploration tool.

You can practice with your health history by trying out another neat tool from Google, called “Google Health”:

(this requires a gmail account or google login for use)

Lastly, I gave you a few neat tools to play with, but I need your help.  Take this quick text message survey and let me know “what would inspire you to come to our Open Labs?”  on the weekend.

Text 85710 and your answer to: 37607

If your phone DOES NOT support SMS short codes (ie. Metro PCS users), text 85710  and your answer to (747) 444-3548.

If you have any questions about these tools and using them, please come see me or contact me at avollmer@dorsey.edu

Thanks for your support,

Anthony Vollmer
