Summer 'B' Blow Out Week 2 - Featuring Dorsey Roseville's Annual Campus Picnic

I can’t wait for the fun this Thursday at our annual campus picnic!  I hope you are looking forward to it as well!

In case you haven’t heard about it, our picnic is a GREAT time and also happens to be our major fundraiser for Turning Point.  There’s no charge to attend and Dorsey provides the food, beverages, a DJ and games, including a hula hoop contest, limbo and MORE! 

We have a raffle with some exciting prizes!  ALL of the proceeds from the raffle benefit Turning Point. Tickets are 6 for $5.00 or $1.00 each – this is the general raffle and you win immediately. The Big Ticket Raffle is a $5.00 ticket – this year prizes are a 32 inch flat screen T.V., a Blu-Ray DVD, Flip Recorder, $100.00 Gift Card and other great prizes!

Another bonus to our picnic is the dress code for the day.  This is the only day students (and staff) are allowed to “dress down,” and wear shorts, Capri’s, tanks, flip flops (no bathing suits).

Bring a lawn chair, blanket, umbrella, sunscreen and some money for the raffles.  Come prepared to have some fun while “paying it forward” and helping others.

Don’t forget, the Best Tropical/Luau Costume Wins a Prize!  Let’s have some fun and make this picnic the best one EVER!
