Dorsey Catering Graduation Day Menu - Get Your Order In Early!


Let Dorsey Catering Help Kick Off Your New Life as a Graduate by Ordering Your Graduation Ceremony Meal!
 
Dorsey Catering will be accepting orders until Sunday, October 14th
Get Your Order Form at any Reception Desk.
 
Orders can be emailed to mschellig@dorsey.edu,
Faxed to "Attn: Matt Schellig" at 586-296-6745
Or drop off your order at any Reception Desk.

All orders must be prepaid by Sunday, October 14th
Pick-up Your Graduation Meal Order at the Dorsey Catering truck Outside the Pontiac Ultimate Soccer Arena, Graduation site Friday, October 19th
 




The Menu & How it works

Each entrée comes with choice of two sides.
Please mark the amount of each item that you would like to order.
Each meal cost $9 per dinner order.
Additional sides can be added for $1.50
Desserts are priced separately.

Dinners

“Da Beef”                                                    
Braised beef served with caramelized onions roasted peppers and house-made foccacia
Roasted Chicken                                     
½ a chicken per person served with house made corn bread muffins
BBQ Pulled Pork                                      
Served with slider buns and pickles
