After completing a “self-study” this month, the culinary academy is looking forward to their visit from the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC).
The ACFEFAC is scheduled to visit Dorsey Schools’ Roseville Culinary Academy November 29th through December 1st. The ACFEFAC team will consist of two evaluators and a member of the ACFEFAC staff or a staff representative.
The on-site accreditation visit involves an introductory meeting, entire campus tour, instructor and student interviews, observation of lecture and lab classes and complete evaluation of our culinary program.
Achieving the Accreditation from the ACFEFAC will signify another success for Dorsey’s Culinary Academy as well national recognition by the American Culinary Federation.
